Product Marketing Manager

What will you be doing?

Marketing Calendar

• Maintaining the annual marketing calendar
• Planning seasonal launches and holiday campaigns
• Controlling preparation, timings, and deadlines
• Coordinating launches with operational and product teams
• What skills are presumably needed from the candidate?

Product Work

• Analyzing trends in desserts and confectionery
• Preparing selections of ideas for holidays (20–40 ideas)
• Joint selection of the final assortment (~10 ideas)
• Developing product names and descriptions
• Briefing the chef and participating in concept development

Market Analytics

• Monthly competitor analysis
• Monitoring prices, assortment, new products
• Analyzing trends and seasonal patterns
• Preparing structured reports

Working with Aggregators (Key Block)

• Interacting with delivery platforms
• Initiating and launching promotions
• Updating product cards and assortment
• Optimizing positions within platforms
• Working to increase turnover through aggregators

Product Matrix and Performance

• Analyzing product and assortment matrix
• Suggestions: what to remove / what to add
• Analyzing performance by points of sale
• Initiating website changes if necessary

Presumed Candidate Skills

Mandatory:

• Experience in product marketing / marketing management
• Experience in confectionery / dessert segment
• Experience working with delivery aggregators
• Analytical skills
• Experience with assortment and menu management

Will be a plus:

• Experience in food / horeca
• Launching seasonal collections
• Working in the MENA region
• Experience growing sales through aggregators

Dubai, office presence: minimum 3 times a week

Schedule

Flexible schedule, adhering to all deadlines and with the possibility to attend pre-scheduled meetings. Communication and in-person meetings during working hours: 10:00–18:00 (GMT+4, Dubai)
