We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Travelpayouts marketing team. This person will be responsible for go-to-market strategies and developing product marketing for our key products—from positioning and value packaging to launches—across different audience segments and verticals.
What you will do
- Be responsible for product marketing in key areas of Travelpayouts: partner segments, verticals, products, and their development;
- Drive the achievement of business goals: initiate, launch, and follow through on growth mechanics for specific metrics;
- Build and maintain product positioning and messaging, ensuring consistent communications across different channels;
- Handle end-to-end go-to-market: prepare launch plans, coordinate preparation with all stakeholders, execute launches, and measure impact;
- Regularly gather partner/market insights: conduct research, interviews, and case studies, and turn them into concrete product and marketing changes;
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, design, analytics, support, commercial) and synchronize different marketing areas around common goals.
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in IT products or services in product marketing/growth teams, preferably in fast-growing companies and small teams;
- Ability to work across the entire funnel depth and link initiatives to business metrics;
- Ability to read dashboards and reports, perform basic analysis of process and project effectiveness; cross-functional organizational skills;
- Knowledge of key product and marketing concepts, processes, principles, and frameworks (roadmap, MVP, UX principles, JTBD, CJM, AAARRR, ICP, Value Proposition Canvas, etc.);
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level;
- Curiosity, creativity, and a systematic approach. In your cover letter, describe your experience with which stages of the funnel you are already familiar with.
