Product Marketing Manager
Travelpayouts is an affiliate platform from the creators of Aviasales, specializing in monetizing travel traffic. We help travel bloggers and webmasters worldwide earn money from their websites using affiliate tools from brands like Booking.com, Tripadvisor, Viator, and others.
We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Travelpayouts marketing team. This role will be responsible for go-to-market strategy and the development of product marketing for our key products, from positioning and value proposition to launches, across different audience segments and verticals.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for product marketing across key Travelpayouts areas: partner segments, verticals, products, and their development;
- Drive the achievement of business goals: initiate, launch, and bring to fruition growth mechanics for specific metrics;
- Build and maintain product positioning and messaging, ensuring consistent communication across various channels;
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market launches: prepare launch plans, coordinate preparation with all stakeholders, execute launches, and measure their impact;
- Regularly gather partner/market insights: conduct research/interviews/case studies and translate them into concrete product and marketing changes;
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, design, analytics, support, sales) and synchronize different marketing efforts around common goals.
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in IT products or services within product marketing/growth teams, preferably in fast-growing companies and small teams;
- Ability to work across the entire funnel and connect initiatives with business metrics;
- Ability to read dashboards and reports, perform basic analysis of process and project effectiveness; cross-functional organization skills;
- Knowledge of key product and marketing concepts, processes, principles, and frameworks (roadmap, mvp, UX principles, JTBD, CJM, AAARRR, ICP, value proposition canvas, etc.);
- English at B2/C1 level;
- Curiosity, ideation, and systematic approach. Describe your experience with different funnel stages in your cover letter.
