Travelpayouts (now part of the Aviasales group) is a platform that helps people earn money from travel content. We've long been leaders in Russia and are now actively building our business in North America, Europe, and other geographies (international revenue share >40%).

We are looking for two strong product managers to launch two completely new directions: content monetization in messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp, MAX (excluding Chinese), etc.) and social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X, etc.).

This is a role for an entrepreneur at heart. We provide the technology and resources, and you pave the way to partners and revenue.

What you'll be doing:

— Researching: talking to the market, conducting customer development with international creators and content producers, understanding platform nuances;

— Experimenting: generating lots of hypotheses and testing them cheaply. At the start, you won't have a large development team, so speed and ingenuity are important;

— Building products: creating tools that leverage the full power of Travelpayouts' technology and help bloggers earn automatically, without unnecessary steps;

— Growing: as soon as you find a working business model, you'll hire your own team and lead the entire direction;

— Influencing: your metrics will be actual money and the number of new/active partners.

What we expect from you:

— You don't just "speak from the heart": English level B2 or higher is mandatory. You'll be communicating a lot with international partners, and you need to do it fluently;

— You are a self-starter: you can work in conditions of uncertainty. There will be little data and little time, so you need to be able to make decisions based on experience and intuition;

— You are a practitioner: you know how to test ideas "hands-on" with a minimal budget;

— You are a leader: you have experience hiring and managing a product team (this will be useful a little later);

— You are in the know: you are genuinely interested in the creator economy, social media, and understand how it all works.

It will be a plus:

— Experience launching products from scratch (from the "only an idea" stage) to stable performance;

— Experience working with products for bloggers/influencers;

— Proficiency in languages other than English — Spanish / Portuguese / French.
