Go Developer for the Support Systems Team
About the team: Our team develops the core of the user support platform. We create and develop key tools for processing inquiries, automate routine processes, integrate data from various systems, and build platform solutions that enable support to work faster and more accurately. We are responsible for system-scale tasks: developing platform architecture, gradually phasing out legacy systems, launching new services and integrations, and improving reliability and performance. We work with high-load systems where stability, observability, and well-thought-out architectural solutions are crucial.
Your responsibilities will include:
- shaping the platform architecture with a 4–6 quarter horizon, participating in legacy decomposition, and designing modern microservice solutions;
- improving system reliability and stability: working with SLA/SLO, eliminating limitations, and implementing observability tools;
- solving non-trivial engineering problems in conditions of uncertainty, implementing key integrations, and bringing adopted solutions to production;
- developing technical culture: participating in unit-level discussions, mentoring engineers, and promoting best development standards.
We expect you to have:
- designed the architecture of high-load distributed systems;
- created backend services in Go or PHP;
- a solid understanding of microservice principles;
- experience with message queues and asynchronous processes;
- good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL principles and data storage scaling;
- practical experience with SLA/SLO and observability tools;
- prepared TDR/ADR or similar documents;
- the ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty;
- conducted code reviews and technical mentoring.
It would be great if you have:
- experience with user support platforms or chat systems;
- participated in monolith migrations or legacy system retirement;
- designed platform solutions;
- encountered high-load systems in product companies.
Working with us means:
- the opportunity to implement your ideas in a project with a multi-million audience;
- a talented team ready to support your initiatives;
- a transparent bonus and reward system, a competitive salary – the amount will be discussed at the interview;
- company-sponsored training: we cover participation in Russian and international conferences, specialized courses, and access to the MIF online library, and purchase literature needed for growth and development;
- comfortable conditions: voluntary medical insurance from day one, fitness, meal compensation;
- remote work and a wonderful office located 2 minutes from the Belorusskaya metro station.
