A fast-growing FinTech product is looking for a Junior Project Manager to coordinate projects between development, marketing, risk, and operations teams.

📎 Responsibilities: • Manage projects related to lending, approvals, risks, and retention; • Assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and bring projects to completion; • Analyze data, identify weaknesses, and propose effective solutions; • Prepare reports, roadmaps, and hypotheses; • Improve processes and help the product grow.
📎 What we are looking for: • Analytical and structural thinking; • Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data verification; • Organization, flexibility, and proactivity; • Ability to negotiate and work with different teams.
Experience in FinTech, lending, or financial products will be an advantage.
