Join a digital transformation project for a niche American insurance company with 40+ years of experience in credit insurance. The team is migrating and modernizing a legacy data platform to Azure Synapse Analytics, moving complex data and business logic from legacy SQL/Access-based systems to a Bronze/Silver/Gold medallion architecture. You’ll work closely with Data Engineers and technical leads, with a strong focus on data quality and reconciliation throughout the migration.

We’re looking for someone with experience in:

🔸 Data quality and reconciliation 🔸 Strong hands-on experience with SQL 🔸 Data migration testing or ETL/ELT testing 🔸 Experience validating data between source and target systems 🔸 Russian at C1+ and English at B2
