✅ Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager — Financial Sector 📍 Almaty / Astana
BIG4 is looking for an experienced specialist to manage audit projects in the banking, insurance, and financial sectors.
Key responsibilities: • Management of audit and consulting projects; • Development of relationships with current clients and attraction of new ones; • Planning team work and controlling project budgets; • Risk management and adherence to professional standards; • Preparation of audit documentation and reports; • Employee evaluation and development.
We are looking for you if: • You have a higher education and 5+ years of experience in audit; • You have a good knowledge of IFRS and strong technical expertise; • You have ACCA, a local license, or a similar qualification; • English level is Upper-Intermediate or higher; • You have experience in managing teams and audit projects; • You are strong in planning, communication, and client relations.
