🚀 We're hiring Freelance Content Creators (Enterprise B2B & Technical Enablement)

We're looking for experienced freelance Content Creators who can transform complex B2B, SaaS and technical product information into clear, engaging learning and enablement content that helps people apply what they've learned with confidence.

You'll work from client briefs, technical documentation and SME input to create high-quality digital enablement assets such as learning guides, playbooks, demo guides, job aids, onboarding materials, e-learning content and technical training resources. You'll shape complex information into learner-friendly experiences using sound instructional design principles and strong narrative structure.

We're particularly interested in people with experience creating learning or enablement content for Enterprise and B2B audiences across software platforms, APIs, integrations, implementation workflows and technical products.

You should be confident explaining concepts such as authentication, endpoints, requests and responses, data structures, integrations and error handling in a way that's accurate, accessible and immediately useful.

We're looking for people who can simplify without oversimplifying—balancing technical accuracy with clarity, while creating content that supports onboarding, implementation, product adoption, sales conversations and customer success.

You'll collaborate closely with project leads, designers, SMEs and stakeholders, working primarily in Google Docs and Slides. You'll also be comfortable using AI tools as part of a professional content workflow to accelerate drafting, iteration and refinement, while applying your own judgement to validate every output for accuracy, clarity, inclusivity and brand alignment.

We're looking for freelancers who are:

• Comfortable working with technical products, APIs and software platforms
• Confident collaborating with SMEs and incorporating feedback
• Able to start immediately and integrate quickly into an active delivery team
