🛡️ Compliance Manager | Sweepstakes Casino | Remote We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a fast-growing Sweepstakes Casino operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build, improve, and oversee compliance processes across the business while working closely with management, legal teams, operations, CRM, customer support, and external partners. 📍 Remote 🕐 Full-time

Key Responsibilities: • Own and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls • Monitor regulatory developments within Sweepstakes, Social Casino, and online gaming markets • Oversee KYC, player verification, responsible gaming, and compliance-related workflows • Conduct internal reviews and identify operational, regulatory, or reputational risks • Ensure compliance standards are followed across player operations, CRM, support, and promotions • Support investigations, audits, incident reviews, and risk assessments • Work closely with legal counsel and stakeholders on compliance matters • Improve internal processes and implement practical risk mitigation measures

Requirements: • 4+ years of Compliance experience within iGaming, Sweepstakes, Social Casino, or Online Gaming • Strong understanding of the US gaming regulatory landscape • Hands-on experience with KYC/AML, payments, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming • Experience drafting compliance policies, SOPs, and regulatory documentation • Experience managing compliance teams or external vendors • Fluent English

Nice to Have: • Sweepstakes Casino experience • Experience in gray-market or complex regulatory environments • Fraud prevention and operational risk management experience • Experience supporting audits and compliance investigations
