Senior Mobile Engineer — React Native / Expo

We are looking for an engineer to take ownership of the DialLink mobile application on iOS and Android — from architecture and backlog to releases and code quality.

DialLink is a cloud-based business telephony solution for small and medium-sized businesses. Our clients use our app daily for work calls and messages.

Responsibilities • Develop the application using React Native / Expo. • Ensure stable operation of VoIP calls, including in the background and during interruptions. • Support native modules and integrations on iOS and Android. • Release updates through EAS, App Store, and Google Play. • Coordinate API and application behavior with the backend and web teams.

Required Qualifications • 5+ years in mobile development, with 3+ years using React Native and publishing applications in both stores. • Solid knowledge of TypeScript and React. • Ability to read and modify Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java, diagnose native crashes, and maintain SDK patches. • Daily work with Claude Code or Codex: setting tasks for agents, supporting instructions and skills, critically reviewing code. • Experience taking over an existing codebase and independently managing an application. • Experience with store reviews, phased releases, OTA updates, and incident management.

Preferred Qualifications (a plus) • Expo and EAS — especially welcome. • VoIP / real-time: Twilio, CallKit, PushKit, ConnectionService, WebRTC. • Stripe, Intercom, Firebase Remote Config, Sentry. • Tablet interfaces and split-view. • LLM-based code review, agent skills, and MCP integrations.

Work Format The main work on the code will be done through Claude Code and Codex. Instructions for agents, project skills, and automatic AI code review are already set up in the repository. You will need to develop this system and be responsible for the quality of the result.

Conditions • Full-time, remote. • Schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 EST (US) • Preferred work location: Buenos Aires, Argentina • English: B1 level or higher, written — for documentation and technical discussions. • Contract: Independent Contractor Agreement. • Salary — based on interview results.
