Affiliate Manager (iGaming) — Relocate to Riga

Seeking a strong Affiliate Manager (Middle+) with experience in iGaming / betting.

👉 Important: direct advertiser, recognizable and strong brand. We need not an accountant, but a person who knows how to find and develop partners themselves (new business).

💼 Requirements: • 2+ years of experience • Understanding of SEO, Google, influencer, affiliate networks • CPA / Hybrid models • English B2+

⚠️ Focus: new business, the database is barely transferred — an independent "all-rounder" is needed

🌍 Conditions: • Relocation to Riga (mandatory) • Can start remotely (1.5–3 months) • Relocation package + housing compensation • Conferences and a strong team
