Requirements:

• Hard Skills
• Experience as an Affiliate Manager at an operator (mandatory)
• 2+ years of experience in iGaming / betting
• Understanding of all major traffic sources:
• Google, SEO, influencer marketing, affiliate networks, etc.
• Experience with CPA and hybrid models
• English level — B2 or higher (for communication and conferences)
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver projects end-to-end
• Soft Skills
• Proactiveness and initiative
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment

Important to know:

• There is practically no ready-made "warm" partner base — the main focus is on new business
• KPIs are discussed individually and depend on experience
• Soft adaptation with a focus on results in the first few months
• Team: Head of Partnerships, team leads, and several affiliate teams
