The team of Andrey Fomin is looking for a Theatrical Projects Coordinator.

Andrey Vladimirovich Fomin is a Soviet and Russian theater and film actor, producer, promoter, showman, and TV presenter.

They are looking for someone who will be key in organizing creative and production processes, take on the coordination of all projects, and help build work processes. This is a role within Andrey Fomin's new company with full immersion in the creation of vibrant independent theatrical projects with the participation of famous artists. Not freelance and not a one-off project — the team is building a systematic venture.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a calendar of activities for several performances simultaneously (4 are currently in progress)
• Organize rehearsals: time, place, participants (director, actors, choreographers)
• Maintain communication with the entire creative team: writers, designers, composers
• Keep minutes of meetings and monitor the execution of agreements
• Stay informed: the office is located in Patriarshiye Ponds, Moscow, and occasional trips to rehearsals are sometimes necessary

Requirements:

• Relevant education (producing from MXAT, GITIS, etc.) or at least 1 year of experience in organizing theatrical projects
• Sincere love for theater and an understanding of the process of creating a performance
• Ability to keep focus on multiple projects and maintain control
• Communication skills and readiness for long-term work in the company
• Living in Moscow and the ability to work in the office daily
