As a Senior Business Analyst, you will join the team responsible for the core trading platform powering FxPro's CFD and Invest products. You will work across both client-facing applications and internal administration tools, helping shape the platform capabilities that support trading operations, pricing, and platform configuration.

This role combines Business Analysis and System Analysis. We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable working with business stakeholders to understand product needs and collaborating with engineering teams to design scalable technical solutions. Success in this role requires hands-on experience analysing backend systems, understanding complex system interactions, and designing integrations across distributed services.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Platform Administration, Engineering, QA, and Architecture teams to define requirements, analyse platform behaviour, identify system dependencies, and support solution delivery from discovery through production.

This position puts you at the centre of FxPro's trading platform evolution, directly shaping how business needs translate into scalable technical solutions across interconnected systems.

Responsibilities

• Own business and system analysis activities throughout the full feature lifecycle, from discovery to delivery
• Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints
• Work across both client-facing products and internal administration tools, delivering analysis for a wide range of platform initiatives
