Graphic Designer

We are WIM.Agency, a CRM agency that helps brands communicate with their customers through email, push notifications, SMS, gamification, and landing pages. We work with Yandex Plus, Perekrestok, Dodo Pizza, and other major companies.

We are looking for a Middle / Middle+ level designer to work on an international tobacco project.

What tasks we offer:

– Develop creative concepts and key visuals (KV): from finding references to the final layout.

– Create graphics using retouching, collage, typography, and composition.

– Adapt visuals for different formats: resizes, cropping, preparing materials for digital and print.

– Develop POSM and other print materials, perform pre-press preparation.

– Work with brand guides and ensure a consistent visual style.

– Prepare source files and final files for transfer to production.

– Make edits quickly, interact with managers and the project team.

– Additional tasks depending on skills: design of landing pages, web banners, email campaigns, and animation creation.

What is important to us:

– Commercial experience in graphic design for at least 2 years.

– Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

– Strong skills in composition, typography, color work, and visual hierarchy.

– Experience in independent development of creative KVs.

– Ability to work with retouching, collages, color correction, and source images.

– Experience in preparing print materials and knowledge of pre-press requirements.

– Ability to adapt layouts to different formats without loss of quality.

– Attention to detail, independence, and ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously.

– Readiness to respond promptly to urgent tasks and meet deadlines.

Important feature of the project: the use of AI generation to create final visuals is prohibited. AI is allowed only at the concept development stage.

Cooperation terms:

– Fully remote format, estimated workload — 80–100 hours per month. The scope of tasks is discussed individually.

– Flexible schedule: you plan your own time for task completion. For comfortable interaction with the team, we will agree on convenient communication hours on weekdays, focusing on the interval from 10:00 to 19:00.

– Hourly payment for services, the rate will be agreed upon considering your experience and skills.

– Payments are made monthly, from the 1st to the 10th of the month, for completed and accepted work.

Selection process:

– Online meeting with HR and the head of the design team.
