An international media buying team with over 450 employees worldwide. We are looking for a Team Lead of recruiters who will take responsibility for managing the recruiting team, employee development, and performance control.

What you will do:

• Assemble a team of recruiters and sourcers
• Distribute vacancies and control team workload
• Track key recruitment performance indicators: time-to-hire, funnel conversion, candidate quality
• Assist recruiters with sourcing and closing difficult positions
• Build and improve the team's internal processes

What we expect:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Understanding the specifics of hiring Media Buyers, Team Leads, and other specialists in arbitrage
• Strong sourcing and niche profile handling skills
• High level of autonomy, responsibility, and leadership qualities
