Raft AI4BI is a platform that combines BI, DWH, and AI analytics. Users can ask questions about data in natural language, receive analytics, and visualizations.
The product is already used by major clients in retail, finance, manufacturing, and other industries.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Project Lead who is responsible for the overall project outcome.
You will need to delve into the client's tasks and data, design solutions, assign tasks to developers and DevOps engineers, work with data independently, and manage the project through to implementation.
Client development is one of the main responsibilities of the role. After launching the solution, it's important to continue exploring the client's needs and find new opportunities for collaboration: connect additional data sources, develop data marts and dashboards, launch new analytical scenarios, connect other departments, and scale the solution.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on the client's processes, systems, and data.
- Understand business tasks and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design analytical solutions and data models.
- Assign tasks to developers and DevOps engineers, and control the results.
- Independently analyze data, design models, and verify technical solutions.
- Manage the project from start to operation: deadlines, risks, communication, and results.
- Be able to quickly assemble a POC using AI tools.
- Be able to quickly prototype solutions using Claude, Cursor, and other AI tools.
- Identify opportunities for further project development and formulate proposals for the client.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient SQL — a key skill for this role.
- Understanding of data modeling and principles of building analytical solutions.
- Python at a level sufficient for data manipulation.
- Understanding of integrations and interaction between different systems.
- Experience managing small implementation projects or technical projects where you independently handled system analysis and task delegation.
- Experience with Claude / Cursor or similar AI tools.
If you can independently learn about unfamiliar areas, find solutions, and quickly master new tools — this is more important to us than any specific gaps in technologies.
Will be a plus: experience with BI/DWH, Apache Superset, API, ETL/ELT, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
Selection Process:
