Looking for people for projects in our community

"Metod" is a young digital agency, we work with universities, departments, foundations, and medium-sized businesses. We create brand identities, websites, presentations, videos, and manage social media. We don't have and won't have a permanent staff; we assemble a team specifically for each project. Therefore, we need a pool of reliable people whom we can contact on the day an order comes in, and who will start working without a long ramp-up period.

Who we need:

Graphic Designers (Middle+) - brand identity, presentations, posters, and print materials, working with brandbooks and with your own solutions.

Illustrators - illustrations for brand identity, websites, presentations, and social media, in your own style or matching a given one.

Web Designers - website and landing page layouts, responsive design, working in conjunction with a developer.

If you are from another profession, fill out the form anyway. We have diverse projects; one needs a copywriter, another motion graphics or a photographer, a third needs someone to handle CRM, and we don't know in advance who will be needed next. The form is stored in our database, and when a task matching your profile comes in, we will simply find you through it.

How it works: a project comes in, we contact those whose profiles match, discuss the task, deadlines, and payment, agree on terms, and start working. Payment is separate for each project, with no promises of constant workload. There may be pauses between projects, which is normal and we state this upfront. It's important for us that you meet deadlines and can work according to the brief; the rest is negotiable.
