Requirements:

• Experience as a Media Buyer / User Acquisition Manager with mobile applications.
• Proficient in Google App Campaigns (UAC) and Meta Ads (required).
• Understanding of mobile attribution principles and ability to analyze large volumes of data.
• Experience in effectively scaling advertising campaigns.
• Experience in the financial vertical (Loan Apps / MFO) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Launching, optimizing, and scaling mobile advertising campaigns (Google UAC, Meta Ads).
• Analyzing traffic performance across the entire funnel: from install to loan issuance (CPI, CPA, CR, ROAS, ROI).
• Providing technical specifications to designers for new creatives and hypotheses.
• A/B testing of videos, banners, and texts.
• Exploring new opportunities and profitable combinations for scaling to international GEOs.
• Maintaining regular reporting on test results.
