Salary: 280,000–330,000 rubles net per month
Our client: A product company developing software for information security, operating systems, and application software for federal-level projects.
Team: A total of 6 product teams, each with 10 specialists.
Stack: C#/.NET, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Linux, Windows, C/C++ (a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Developing services/utilities/tools in C#/.NET; integrating native ↔ .NET (interop/IPC/API).
- Designing database architecture (MS SQL Server + PostgreSQL).
- Cross-platform development and support for Linux and Windows.
- Technical leadership: code reviews, architectural decisions, eliminating technical debt, increasing reliability under load.
- Designing and developing modules in C/C++.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of commercial development experience as a C#/.NET developer — mandatory!
- At least 5 years of database experience: confident SQL + experience designing databases under load (specifically data architecture) — mandatory!
- Experience in information security projects — a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience developing high-load projects.
- C#/.NET experience: proficient level (async/await, Task, cancellation, concurrency, diagnostics).
- Debugging and profiling practice: gdb/lldb/Visual Studio Debugger, analyzing crashes, memory leaks, performance degradations.
- MS SQL Server (Windows + Linux) and PostgreSQL: indexes, query plans, transactions, isolation levels, locks/deadlocks.
- Linux and Windows: 5+ years of development/build/diagnostics experience on both OS.
- Cryptography (basic knowledge and experience): distinguish hash/encryption/MAC/signature; understand the purpose of primitives and typical application errors.
Will be an advantage: commercial development experience in C/C++: confident memory management, RAII, multithreading, synchronization, network/IO tasks.
