Product Manager Senior/Lead Required
Areas of Responsibility:
- Developing a go-to-market strategy for the US market
- Developing product positioning and value proposition
- Structuring the service model into scalable product offerings
- Forming an ROI-oriented value proposition for B2B clients
- Validating and developing market hypotheses based on data
- Working with marketing and commercial metrics (CAC, conversions, pipeline)
- Building a system of trust and social proof for the Western market
- Synchronizing marketing, sales, and product around a unified strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience launching B2B or service products in the US market
- Practical experience in developing GTM strategies
- Experience with Product Marketing/Service Marketing
- Understanding of the Jobs to be Done methodology in a B2B context
- Experience in forming value propositions for Western markets
- Ability to work with hypotheses and growth metrics
- Fluent English (C1/C2)
- Case studies of product launches in the Western market
- Experience achieving first sales ($100k-$1M ARR)
