RESPONSIBILITIES: ✔️ Translate business processes into system solutions on Websoft HCM ✔️ Write Technical Requirements Specifications / Functional Specifications for development ✔️ Design roles, routes, and objects ✔️ Manage development, testing, and acceptance REQUIREMENTS: 🔹 Experience with Websoft HCM implementation — MANDATORY (do not apply without it) 🔹 Ability to work with requirements formalization and task setting 🔹Experience in translating approved business processes into system solutions based on Websoft HCM; 🔹Preparation of functional specifications, technical requirements specifications, and task statements for developers; 🔹Designing processes, roles, routes, and system objects; 🔹Supporting development, testing, acceptance, and defect fixing.
