• Key Competencies ITIL; ITSM; LDAP; CMDB; AD

✅ Requirements • Experience in designing ITSM systems (Service Desk) with 100+ operators; • Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 process models (or Russian equivalents): incident management, requests, changes, problems, services/SLA; • Experience in designing CMDB (configuration item model, relationships, synchronization); • Experience with LDAP/AD models, role models; • Experience integrating SD with authentication systems (ESIA, etc.).
