System Analyst

Company: Large integrator, long-term project Location: Moscow and Moscow Oblast Work Format: first 2-3 months office (in the center), then hybrid/remote Salary Range: 300 thousand rubles net (we can consider your expectations) Possibility of combining with full project immersion Employment: Sole Proprietorship (IP), Civil Service (SZ)

For us, it is important:

• System analyst experience of 3+ years
• Experience implementing IS in large financial organizations
• Solid knowledge of banking architecture, bank IT landscape, credit process, ABS (CBS)
• Understanding of the operating principles of various classes of systems: ERP, CRM, BI, EDMS, CSP
• Knowledge of requirements management theory and practical application experience
• Experience in describing, formalizing, and optimizing business processes
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, EPC, IDEF0 notations
• Understanding of IDM / IDP system design principles
• Practical experience with access control schemes: MAC, RBAC, ABAC, DAC
• Knowledge of integration interaction methods and experience in their application
• Understanding of electronic signature (ES) application principles
• Experience managing a team of analysts
• Experience in developing project documentation according to GOST and RD standards
• Experience working with regulatory legal acts (RLA)
• Skills in conducting presentations and defending solutions to the Client
• Ability to write complex SQL queries
