💻 Requirements: -Work experience of 6+ years 🔥experience with ITIL and ITAM systems -Practical experience in designing integration solutions: working with APIs, organizing service interactions, designing data models; -Confident SQL language proficiency for data manipulation; -Ability to quickly analyze existing architecture, including legacy systems and solutions with incomplete or outdated documentation; -Proficiency in reading and analyzing technical artifacts: JSON, XML, Swagger specifications, application logs -Confirmed experience with ITAM, CMDB systems, inventory, asset discovery, and monitoring tools; -Understanding of basic ITSM processes and Service Desk operations as a key domain context
