📌Responsibilities:
ITSM / Service Desk Design:
- Design of ITSM systems with a Service Desk operator count of 100+ users.
- Elaboration of Service Desk processes within the framework of ITIL v3/v4 or Russian analogs.
- Description of ITIL processes: incident, request, change, problem, service, and SLA management.
CMDB:
- CMDB design: configuration item model, relationships, and synchronization.
LDAP / AD and Role Models:
- Work with LDAP/AD models and role models.
Integrations:
- Design of Service Desk integrations with authentication systems, including ESIA or similar systems.
🔺Requirements:
- Experience in designing ITSM systems;
- Experience in designing Service Desk with 100+ operators;
- Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 process models or Russian analogs;
- Experience with ITIL processes: incident, request, change, problem, service, and SLA management;
- Experience in designing CMDB: configuration item model, relationships, and synchronization;
- Experience with LDAP/AD models and role models;
- Experience integrating Service Desk with authentication systems, including ESIA or similar systems.
