Sales Manager (iGaming)

We are a dynamically developing company in the iGaming sphere. We are developing several products and business directions within a large ecosystem.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for implementing streamer traffic to online casino operators.

We need not just a sales specialist, but a professional who knows how to build long-term and trusting relationships with partners and sell traffic or products with a high average check.

You will negotiate with decision-makers and close large commercial deals. You will represent the company at international industry conferences: hold meetings, negotiate in person, and strengthen the company's market position.

Responsibilities 🔹Implement streamer traffic to online casino operators and support deals at all stages: from the first contact to signing agreements. 🔹Build and develop long-term partnerships with clients. 🔹Search for and attract new clients, regular work with the client base. 🔹Prepare commercial proposals and agree on terms, taking into account the client's target indicators. 🔹Represent the company at international conferences (SiGMA, ICE, SBC, iGB, and others): organize meetings and business dinners, develop professional contacts. 🔹Interact with internal teams to fulfill agreements with clients. 🔹Meet individual sales plan.

Requirements 🔸Sales experience in the iGaming sphere, primarily traffic for online casinos. 🔸Proven experience in closing large deals and selling products or services with a high average check. 🔸Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships at a high level. 🔸Understanding of key traffic performance indicators: conversion, audience quality, ROI, and others. 🔸Knowledge of the CIS online casino market. 🔸Negotiation skills, English language at B2 level or higher. 🔸Readiness for regular international business trips. 🔸Preferably residing in Europe or the ability to travel freely and regularly to Schengen Area countries.

Will be an advantage ✔️Own network of professional contacts among operators and in the industry as a whole. ✔️Experience in implementing streamer traffic.
