The Engineering and Technical Center of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan is engaged in the information and technical support of the Presidential Administration, the Chancellery of the President, the Government Apparatus, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other government bodies. Vacancy Description: Development of new functionality, data processing, reports, as well as modification and improvement of existing objects in the 1C:ZUP KORP configuration Analysis and optimization of the performance of existing solutions, including writing complex and efficient queries to obtain analytical information Configuration, development, and maintenance of data exchange between various information systems (IS) and 1C databases Active participation in projects for automation and digitalization of HR and payroll business processes Support and maintenance of developed functionality, debugging program code using all necessary tools Preparation of technical documentation and descriptions of own developments in accordance with internal standards Higher technical or IT education - mandatory Experience in implementation and/or programming in the 1C:Enterprise environment for at least 1 year Proficient knowledge of the configurator, query language (including complex structures and temporary tables), and the СКД mechanism Knowledge of the functionality of the standard 1C:ZUP KORP configuration is desirable Ability to develop complex algorithms and data structures Experience with external integrations (HTTP/Web-services, Web-services, HTTP-services) Knowledge of SQL and basics of working with databases (design, optimization) Additional languages (welcome): Knowledge and/or experience using C#, HTML, JavaScript, Angular languages
