1C and Corporate Integrations Service Lead

Energy Solutions Center is looking for a 1C and Corporate Integrations Service Lead

The company develops and supports corporate IT solutions on the 1C platform and is launching a major project to integrate the Salem HR system with 1C. We are looking for a leader who will build a 1C service responsible for the stability of corporate systems and the implementation of integration projects.

Responsibilities: • Development of a technical strategy for the evolution of 1C solutions • Designing the architecture of integrations between 1C and external information systems • Organizing the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of solutions • Interaction with business customers, contractors, and internal IT teams • Quality control of development, code review, and approval of technical solutions • Ensuring fault tolerance and monitoring of integrations • Organizing documentation and knowledge transfer within the team • Primary task: analysis of Salem HR and 1C processes, design and implementation of two-way data exchange (personnel processes — hiring, transfer, dismissal, contract renewal; vacations and vacation balances; employment contract details, employee ID numbers, personal data; service contracts, staffing table, organizational structure, staffing schedule), development of error handling and monitoring mechanisms, launch into industrial operation

Requirements: • Higher education (IT, automation, applied informatics, or related fields) • Experience with the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform for at least 3 years • Experience managing a team of 1C developers/analysts for at least 2 years • Practical experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing integrations between 1C and external systems (preferably HR systems) • Experience developing integrations using REST/SOAP, HTTP services, APIs, XML/JSON • Experience with 1C:ERP, 1C:UPP, 1C:ZUP, 1C:Accounting configurations • Understanding of enterprise business processes and corporate information system architecture • Experience in requirements analysis, preparation of technical solutions, and support of integration projects • Skills in testing integration mechanisms, analyzing and resolving data exchange errors • Knowledge of SQL and principles of relational database operation • Experience conducting technical interviews, mentoring, and team development
