Senior Product Manager (BI & AI)
We are currently looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the development of the data platform's user-facing layer: the BI portal, AI assistant, and analytical services for company employees.
Responsibilities:
- Define the strategy and roadmap for the development of the BI portal, AI assistant, and analytical products over the next 1–3 years;
- Research user needs, segment the audience, and design user-friendly scenarios;
- Increase user engagement, expand product reach, and develop self-service analytics;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to establish a unified understanding of business metrics and develop the semantic layer;
- Develop the AI assistant: improve responses to business questions, enhance work with business terms, facilitate AI-driven visualization and data analysis;
- Manage the product roadmap, the department's budget, and the product metrics system.
We expect the future employee to have:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner;
- Experience in developing products in BI, analytics, or related areas with responsibility for roadmap and budget;
- Practical experience in growing product usage, user engagement, and developing self-service solutions;
- Understanding of modern BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Metabase, Looker, or similar) at a product management level;
- Understanding of the principles of building a semantic layer, unified business metrics, and working with data;
- Strong stakeholder interaction skills and experience working in a cross-functional environment.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in developing AI/LLM products, conversational analytics, or AI assistants;
- Understanding the differences between text-to-metric and text-to-SQL;
- Experience in retail or e-commerce.
