Fledge is a mobile dating product for the US market. The team previously built and scaled one of the largest dating services in the CIS (14M+ installs) — we are building an international direction based on this experience, technologies, and product expertise. The product, platform, and development team are already in place. We are currently actively searching for product-market fit in a new market. We are looking for a PO who will take ownership of features — from idea to results in metrics after release, and will work closely with the CPO on product strategy.
Reporting to: CPO Fledge — you will receive strategy, priorities, and roadmap context from them, and will be responsible for the depth of task elaboration and delivery at the level of specific initiatives.
What you will do
Research and Requirements
- Conduct customer development and user interviews in the new market together with an analyst
- Prepare initiatives: problem, hypothesis, target user, business value
- Write business requirements: goal, success metrics, CJM, constraints, acceptance criteria
- Validate hypotheses using the minimum viable method
Planning
- Break down the CPO's product strategy into specific initiatives and a backlog
- Present solutions with justification at product meetings, not just problem statements
- Maintain the backlog in a way that anyone on the team can understand it
Working with the Team
- Present tasks to the team at the idea stage, not as a finished solution
- Assign tasks to development, analytics, and QA teams
- Participate in grooming, planning, and retrospectives as a full member
- Be available throughout the sprint, quickly answering team questions
Metrics After Release
- Define and track key metrics together with the analyst
- After each release, compare the result with the hypothesis and decide the next step — close, scale, modify
- Ensure analytics are set up and tested before release
- Collect and analyze user feedback
Transparency
- Communicate goals, plans, and results to the team — demos, updates
- Sync with marketing on market launches
- Document decisions in Jira/Confluence
