Product Manager Vacancy
Hi! This is Gologin – a browser for working with multiple Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Google, and other social media accounts from a single computer without the risk of triggering a suspicious login warning, account blocking, etc. Marketing agencies use Gologin to safely manage client accounts, dropshippers work with multiple stores, and digital nomads don't worry about their bank funds due to location changes.
We have been consistently profitable since 2020 and are not dependent on investments. We have focused on clients from Europe, Asia, and the USA since the company's founding.
We are looking for a Product Manager who will take responsibility for developing the Cloud Android product. You will define the product development direction based on data, a deep understanding of user needs, and business goals. You will be the link between our users, the development team, and stakeholders.
What We Expect
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 years in a Product Manager position at a commercial IT company (working with a development team is mandatory).
Working with Metrics:
- You can analyze data, work with analytics systems (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics), and use them to make product decisions.
CustDev Experience:
- You have practical experience conducting user interviews.
English Language:
- Level not lower than B1. You must be ready and able to independently conduct user interviews with English-speaking audiences.
Communication Skills:
- You can clearly convey your thoughts, argue your position, and build effective teamwork.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with B2B products or Android emulators.
- Knowledge of the anti-detect browser market or products in the privacy-tech sphere.
- Experience conducting A/B tests.
- Proficiency with tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro.
Key Tasks
Interaction with the Development Team:
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and QA specialists. Manage the backlog, write clear User Stories, plan sprints, and monitor task completion.
User Research (Customer Development):
- Regularly conduct user interviews (including in English) to identify needs, pain points, and insights for product improvement.
Data Analysis and Decision-Making:
- Deeply dive into product metrics, form hypotheses, and make informed decisions for product growth.
Product Strategy:
- Participate in forming and updating the product roadmap, define priorities for new features and improvements.
Market Monitoring:
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to find new opportunities.
