Marketing Designer

We are looking for a Marketing / Media Designer who will produce high-performing visuals across all our products and paid channels — design that drives clicks, installs, and activations, not just looks good.

What You'll Do

• Create performance-driven creatives across the full marketing funnel:
  • Design ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, programmatic, Taboola, and other paid channels.
  • Build app store assets (ASO): screenshots, icons, and feature graphics that maximize install conversion.
  • Produce email banners, push visuals, and offline materials, all on-brand.
• Work as part of the performance loop, not in isolation:
  • Develop multiple creative variants for A/B testing and iterate based on CTR, CVR, and CAC results.
  • Adapt master concepts into every format and placement quickly and cleanly.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketers, local teams, and product.
• Build for scale:
  • Maintain reusable Figma component libraries and templates (components, auto-layout).
  • Keep production fast and error-free across multiple products at once.
• Bring motion and AI into the workflow:
  • Produce basic motion creatives (After Effects or Figma Motion).
  • Use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, and similar) to speed up and expand creative output.

What We Expect

• 4+ years in marketing, media, or performance design, with a portfolio showing ad creatives, ASO, email, and motion.
• Figma as your primary tool — confident with components and auto-layout.
