Responsibilities:
- Implementation of best Product Management practices, taking into account the requirements of the regulatory environment and the Bank's IT landscape
- Development and improvement of internal standards, frameworks, and product management tools
- Increasing the maturity of product teams through training, coaching, and facilitation
- Conducting maturity assessments of product teams
- Building and developing the product management process, including working with hypotheses and evaluating effects and business value.
- Integration of product practices with Agile approaches
- Implementation of a data-driven approach in product teams, including assistance in building and updating metric trees
- Formation of a unified approach to product analytics at the company level
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Work experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager
- Understanding of the product lifecycle
- Practical experience in implementing a product approach in a company
- Experience in building product analytics and working with metrics
- Knowledge of Agile practices
- Facilitation and workshop conducting skills
- Systems thinking and ability to structure processes
