What you will be doing
- Managing the "Speech Analytics" project: leading the full cycle of project development across all front-line employees.
- Gathering and forming requirements (including interaction with related Bank departments), participating in the decomposition and prioritization of the product backlog, and testing implemented functionality.
- Working with project metrics: calculating, systematically analyzing, and continuously improving key performance indicators.
- Forming project documentation and development strategies aimed at improving the work of regional network employees (including generating ideas and practical implementation of AI tool projects).
- Planning and management: developing plans, managing project timelines, resources, and tasks.
- Risk management: timely identification, analysis, and minimization of risks, development of response plans.
- Project budgeting: planning and controlling the budget, preparing financial justifications for decisions.
- Stakeholder management: managing expectations, building trusting and effective relationships with customers.
What we expect
- Professional experience: understanding of banking processes and practical experience as a Product Manager.
- Methodologies and tools: understanding of the Product Management concept in Agile.
- Technical skills:
- Proficient user of MS Office.
- Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and preparing presentations.
- Experience with SBOL.PRO, CRM, IBSO systems will be an advantage.
- Analytical skills: systematic thinking, complex problem-solving skills, ability to quickly analyze and synthesize information.
