We are looking for a master of C system programming to work on Linux kernel drivers and modules. This is a corporate-level project with challenging and interesting tasks. ** Responsibilities:** 🔹 Development of a kernel module for controlling access to files and processes 🔹 Rewriting drivers and system calls (moving away from legacy) 🔹 Working with VFS, epoll/inotify, mmap, IPC 🔹 Profiling and optimization (perf, strace, gdb)
What is important: ✅ Deep knowledge of POSIX, Linux system calls, file systems ✅ Experience in creating kernel modules and working with VFS ✅ Understanding of security mechanisms (seccomp, ptrace, data protection) ✅ Working in a corporate environment, not with "hardware" (embedded or network devices are not our case)
Conditions: 🌍 Remote (Russian Federation, Moscow time ±2) 💰 Full-time employment, project duration from 3 months + prolongation 💰 Salary: 300-370K RUB/month Gross (depending on candidate's level) 📄 Employment: Sole Proprietor (IP) only
