The SNS group of companies is looking for a Head of Information and Analytical Department.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the information and analytical department of the RKK
- Analysis of the market, federal and local networks, competitors, analysis of the Company's and competitors' TM activities for each type of activity, pallets, end caps, price promotions, etc.
- Analysis and conclusions on the impact of new products on the category
- Analytical work with reporting, identification and highlighting of "problem areas" and solutions
- Analysis and conclusions of information on company sales, competitors, fulfillment of plans and indicators, experience in calculating distribution indicators is welcomed
- User work in SAP R3 and SAP BW (training on the job is allowed) - report generation, data export for reporting
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to structure information
- Ability to work in Excel, general VBA macro programming skills
- Experience with large databases, ability to draw correct conclusions and make forecasts
- Ability to form scenarios for the development of company and competitor actions within the current strategy
- Knowledge of effective TM support methods
- Ability for critical thinking, ability to find the core of a problem and propose a systemic solution
- Knowledge of trade marketing tools, basic knowledge of brand marketing
- Ability to manage a department — setting and controlling the quality and deadlines of tasks
- Ability to work in a multitasking mode, high demands on data quality, confidence in communication with top management, leadership charisma
