Vacancy Description: We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist who will develop ML solutions for advertising monetization, personalization, and recommendations, as well as lead and mentor a Data Science team.

Important: • 5+ years of experience in Data Science, preferably in consumer mobile products • Mandatory experience in advertising monetization, revenue optimization, or advertising analytics • Experience in developing recommendation, personalization, or ranking systems • Strong Python and SQL skills • Practical experience with ML: classification, regression, ranking, forecasting, predictive modeling • Understanding of A/B testing, applied statistics, and working with large behavioral datasets • Experience in technical leadership or mentoring Data Scientists
