Official operator of the Unified Betting Accounting System (ESU) in the Republic of Kazakhstan, appointed by Government Decree No. 1087 Vacancy Description: PostgerSQL, ClickHouse, SQL, BPMN, UML, Swagger / OpenAPI, Postman Higher education in information technology System analyst experience of 5+ years, including participation in the creation of information systems Practical experience in independent development of technical requirements, technical specifications for the creation, development, and integration of information systems Ability to formalize business requirements into functional, non-functional, and integration requirements Proficient in BPMN, UML, skills in developing Sequence Diagrams, Use Cases, ER-diagrams Experience in designing integration interaction of information systems: REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML Ability to develop and analyze API specifications, work with Swagger / OpenAPI, Postman Knowledge of SQL, understanding of database construction principles Understanding of client-server and microservice architecture, principles of information system component interaction Experience in preparing detailed task assignments for developers and acceptance criteria Experience collaborating with developers, testers, Data/DevOps specialists Experience with payment systems will be a plus

Conducting surveys of information systems, business processes, and existing integrations Collecting, analyzing, decomposing, and formalizing requirements Developing functional, non-functional, integration, and data requirements Designing system logic, user scenarios, and component interactions Designing and documenting integrations between information systems Describing APIs, methods, formats and data structures, algorithms, errors, and interaction scenarios Developing BPMN/UML diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Use Cases, ER-diagrams Preparing detailed task assignments and acceptance criteria for the development team Participating in integration and acceptance testing Participating in the commissioning of information systems Maintaining and updating technical and project documentation
