Location and citizenship: strictly RF
Duration: until the end of 2026 with a probability of extension
Workload: 100%, full-time
Requirements:
- Experience in analytics (DWH system analysis / data analytics) from 5 years (we will not consider less)
- Knowledge of financial instruments (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, futures, etc.).
- Ability to describe functional and non-functional requirements for backend systems.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (data structure, loading and management methods).
- Proficiency in SQL at an intermediate level or higher (window functions, CTE, complex queries, mappings between databases).
- Understanding of database design principles, normalization and denormalization, experience in building and developing data models.
- Knowledge of schema types (star, snowflake) and the ability to apply them for analytical tasks and DWH.
- Proficiency in the Data Vault methodology to ensure transparency, change history, and data recovery.
- Ability to design stable, scalable data models considering sources and target systems.
- Experience in building Sequence and ER diagrams.
- Ability to work with Agile (Kanban, Scrum)
Will be a plus:
- Skills in creating and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience in orchestrating processes in Apache Airflow (DAG configuration, automation, monitoring).
- Experience in documenting data models, ETL processes, and technical documentation, ensuring compatibility with business metrics.
