We are looking for an experienced data analyst / DWH system analyst who will take on the design and development of analytical data warehouses in the financial sector. You will be a key link between business metrics, backend systems, and data engineering, ensuring data reliability, scalability, and transparency.
🟡Requirements:
❗️Experience in analytics (DWH system analysis / data analytics) for over 5 years.
- Knowledge of financial instrument operations (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, futures, etc.).
- Ability to describe functional and non-functional requirements for backend systems.
- Deep understanding of relational databases (data structure, loading and management methods).
- Proficiency in SQL at an advanced level or higher (window functions, CTE, complex queries, mappings between databases).
- Understanding of database design principles, normalization and denormalization, experience in building and developing data models.
- Knowledge of schema types (star, snowflake) and ability to apply them for analytical tasks and DWH.
- Proficiency in Data Vault methodology for ensuring transparency, change history, and data recovery.
- Ability to design stable, scalable data models considering source and target systems.
- Experience in building Sequence and ER diagrams.
- Skills in creating and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience in orchestrating processes in Apache Airflow (DAG configuration, automation, monitoring).
- Experience in documenting data models, ETL processes, and technical documentation, ensuring compatibility with business metrics.
- Ability to work with Agile (Kanban, Scrum).
