Vacancy: Onboarding Project Manager Office-based work in the city of Karaganda

We are looking for a person who will become a guide for our new partners: help them go through all the connection stages and ensure that the launch goes quickly and without unnecessary complexities.

What you will be doing: — Verifying partners and documents for compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and company requirements — Collecting and maintaining client documentation — Preparing and coordinating contracts based on existing templates — Coordinating the setup and launch of new clients — Monitoring the integration process and connection deadlines — Interacting with the acquiring team on POS terminal setup issues — Participating in non-standard integrations and special projects — Preparing reports and working with data in collaboration with the Data team

What is important to us: — Experience in fintech, banking, acquiring, or payment solutions sector — Understanding of the financial products and payment services market — Attention to detail when working with documents — Ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously — Developed communication and organizational skills — Confident computer skills and willingness to learn new tools — Results-oriented approach and ability to complete tasks
