We are launching a new international iGaming project focused on the LATAM market and are looking for a strong Country & Regional Director to lead business development in the region.

Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Developing and implementing business development strategy. ✅ Scaling teams and building effective processes. ✅ Managing key areas: Product, CRM, Affiliate, Marketing, VIP, Payments, Customer Support, and Operations. ✅ Being responsible for business growth, financial performance, and market entry. ✅ Working directly with company owners and making decisions that influence project development.

We are looking for a candidate with: ✔️ 3+ years of experience in iGaming. ✔️ Experience in positions such as COO / General Manager / Country Manager / Head of Operations / Head of Growth. ✔️ Deep understanding of the LATAM online casino market. ✔️ Successful experience in launching or scaling iGaming projects. ✔️ Strong expertise in commercial management. ✔️ Fluent English. Spanish or Portuguese will be an advantage.
