🔥 We are looking for a Go Backend Developer (Networks, DevOps, Security)

We are a tech startup building proxy and VPN detection using network fingerprints and DNS scoring for anti-fraud (not related to Roskomnadzor). Development is in-house, the product is sold, and we have clients. We will reveal the name and website on the first call – we don't want competitors to read our vacancy before candidates do.

Backend is in Go – microservices, authentication, API keys, data collectors – and research: why the resolver responded this way, where the proxy is leaking, what can be seen from DNS requests. Much of this isn't written online – you'll have to set up a test environment and investigate. This is a great vacancy for those who came to Golang from networks or cybersecurity: a specialized education, had their first job in Go already – and now want to apply their networking skills seriously. The main thing is to be passionate about security, networks, and research, and to want to grow in this field.

⚙️ Requirements:

▪️Go: one year of commercial development (microservices with authentication, data parsing, Docker/compose); ▪️Serious networking skills: OSI model, DNS, how resolving works, TCP/UDP. Proof – either a specialized full-time education (Cybersecurity, Telecom) or experience. (On the call, we will ask you to describe the path of a request through the OSI layers.) ▪️Linux at an administrator level: you have set up servers yourself, configured networks, DNS, HTTPS. ▪️Meticulousness: dig deep and document what you found. Clear technical documentation. ▪️Carefulness with AI: we use it, but we need a person who checks the model's work and understands every line they commit. Plus: understanding of VPN/Proxy, basic cybersecurity literacy.

❌ Not suitable for: full-time students; those who need a mentor and strict reviews to grow; those who delegate tasks to an agent and submit results without reading.

💼 R&D and future growth: immersion in our network protocol analysis services, participation in research and development of new detection methods in the anti-fraud sphere.
