Senior DevOps / VPN Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a strong DevOps / network engineer to build a high-load VPN infrastructure from scratch with high speed, stability, and resistance to blocking.

We need a specialist with real commercial VPN service experience who can manage the project's server infrastructure.

Conditions:

• Salary: 250,000–450,000 ₽/month net, discussed individually. • Remote work, full-time employment. • Budget for servers and infrastructure for project tasks. • Long-term cooperation. • Fastest possible start. • Work is carried out in the project owner's accounts; configurations and scripts are stored in the project repository.

Tasks:

• Building a VPN infrastructure from scratch for high loads. • Deployment and configuration of Remnawave, Xray, and VPN nodes. • Ensuring high speed, low ping, and stable operation. • Development of solutions for stable VPN operation under blocking conditions in the Russian Federation. • Setting up load balancing, fault tolerance, and automatic server switching. • Optimization of routing and user distribution. • Automation of server deployment, monitoring, and recovery. • Integration of VPN infrastructure with a Telegram bot. • Maintaining documentation for infrastructure, deployment, and recovery.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Linux, Docker, TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, firewall, and routing. • Deep understanding of Remnawave, Xray, VLESS, Reality, XHTTP. • Practical experience in building high-load VPN infrastructures. • Experience in diagnosing DPI and network limitations of Russian operators. • Understanding of load balancing, fault tolerance, and performance optimization. • Experience in automating server infrastructure. • Ability to independently design architecture and be responsible for results.

Big plus:

• Work with tens of thousands of simultaneous connections. • Knowledge of Hysteria2, TUIC, WireGuard. • Own technical solutions for increasing VPN availability and speed.
