We are looking for an independent Middle DevOps engineer who understands infrastructure, proposes solutions, and brings tasks to completion.
Role Format
- Part-time: ≈25–50 hours per month
- Budget: ~100k RUB/month
- Level: Middle DevOps
- Format: project-based work (for several months)
Responsibilities
1. CI / Deploy
- Migrate current bash scripts to GitLab CI
- Configure deployments: stage and production
2. GitLab Runner
- Set up a runner, including a Windows runner (for application building)
3. Docker
- Rewrite and tidy up current docker images
4. Basic Infrastructure
- Secrets / passwords
- Monitoring / alerting (e.g., Sentry)
- Internal services for team convenience
Current Infrastructure
- VPS / VDS / dedicated servers
- No AWS / GCP / clouds
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD (self-hosted)
- Proficient Docker
- Bash / scripting
- Understanding of infrastructure and deployment
Conditions
- Part-time: 20–50 hours per month
- Freelance / remote work
- Hourly pay (rate is negotiable)
- Work through an individual entrepreneur / self-employed status with a Russian legal entity
- Electronic document flow (EDO) is required (or willingness to connect)
