Main Requirements:

Core Stack (SQL): Confident command of SQL and PL/SQL, experience in Oracle Database development, 4+ years. Deep understanding of Oracle architecture. Optimization and Refactoring: Experience in analyzing and optimizing complex SQL queries, ability to understand legacy code and propose effective refactoring solutions. Working with Low-Code Platforms: Willingness to quickly learn a new low-code platform (Hi-Kvadrat / XSQUARE) without detailed documentation. Ability to independently find approaches and solve problems (working with cache, error display, data saving). Autonomy: Ability to work with incomplete technical specifications, systemic thinking, idea generation skills, and independent problem-solving. Proactivity (not just waiting for tasks, but suggesting improvements). Data Migration: Understanding of database migration processes (future transition from Oracle to PostgreSQL). Experience in FinTech/Insurance

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with PostgreSQL (will be a big plus).
• Experience with Oracle APEX (since Hi-Kvadrat is its import-substituted analog).
• Experience in large-scale projects.
• Experience in building architecture and designing interfaces.
