Vacancy: Middle+/Senior SQL / PL/SQL Developer Company: Zontik Location: RF Work Format: Remote Employment: Full time Salary Range: According to Labor Code up to 230k gross, according to individual contract up to 340k gross (based on interview results)

Main Requirements:

Core Stack (SQL): Confident command of SQL and PL/SQL, experience developing on Oracle Database, 4+ years. Deep understanding of Oracle architecture. Optimization and Refactoring: Experience in analyzing and optimizing complex SQL queries, ability to understand legacy code and propose effective refactoring solutions. Work with Low-Code Platforms: Readiness to quickly learn a new low-code platform (Hi-Kvadrat / XSQUARE) without detailed documentation. Ability to independently find approaches and solve problems (working with cache, error display, data saving). Independence: Ability to work with incomplete technical specifications, systemic thinking, skills in generating ideas and independently finding solutions. Proactivity (not just waiting for tasks, but suggesting improvements). Data Migration: Understanding of database migration processes (transition from Oracle to PostgreSQL in the future). Experience in FinTech/Insurance

Desirable Requirements: Experience with PostgreSQL (will be a big plus). Experience with Oracle APEX (since Hi-Kvadrat is its import-substituted analogue). Experience in large projects. Experience in building architecture and designing interfaces.

Key Candidate Qualities: Analytical mindset and ability to quickly grasp new subject areas. Initiative and readiness to take responsibility for decisions in a new system. Teamwork skills (interaction with analysts and testers in a large team of ~60 people).
