🏦 CMA — Software Developer (Oracle / PostgreSQL)

📍 Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development of Oracle PL/SQL / PostgreSQL PL/pgSQL code
• Database design and optimization
• Optimization of SQL queries, including for high-load applications
• Development for financial applications
• Report development (Crystal Reports, JasperSoft iReport, Jasper Studio)
• Data and code migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL
• Interaction with analytics, implementation, support, and testing teams
• Testing own code, including using AI

WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:

• Experience with relational DBMS (Oracle / PostgreSQL) of at least 3 years
• Database design experience
• Ability to optimize SQL queries
• Experience in developing for financial applications (or basic domain knowledge)
• Desire and ability to work with AI tools (Claude Code / Cursor / Codex)
• Experience with SVN, Git
• Technical English
• Teamwork skills

Will be a plus:

• Familiarity with Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Golden Gate
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Informix, MSSQL Server, DB2
• Basics of Oracle DBMS administration
• Experience in UNIX/Linux
• Development experience in Python, Java, C++
• Conversational English
